Rise and Shine Tuesdays and Thursdays 7.15 – 8.15am
Absolutely the best time of day to do yoga, this class is designed to wake you up, enliven your whole system, but in a way that will leave you refreshed but not exhausted. I aim to leave you energised but calm, feeling in a balanced state, ready for the day ahead.
This class is for all levels, the focus is on self-awareness and self-regulating and finding what feels good for you!
