About The Course
This is a brand-new course, designed specifically for these challenging times. What we need right now is to balance our energy, specifically the nervous system, and to ensure that the movement practices we are doing aren’t adding to our stress.
Learning to slow down, to ground ourselves, to go into our feeling body, we develop strength, resilience, and freedom of movement, which helps us cope with stress, manage our anxiety, and at the same time release the unpleasant after-effects of trauma, whether recent or long-term.
For this course, I have drawn upon all my acquired knowledge and experience of over 30 years, from yoga, pilates, qi gong, somatic movement, meditation and mindfulness, to create a practise that is unique but accessible to all.
By the end of the course, you will have a sequence you can follow and do at home each day to help you stay grounded and balanced wherever you are.
The course runs for 4 weeks, every Monday, from 2nd November 2020. The weekly class is live on Zoom but all classes are recorded and sent to you by email to follow again whenever you like.

Access to all classes in a month, including both courses – Mindful Movement and Hygge Yoga and one free workshop a month
