Just One Little Thing each day can make a big difference

The best time of day for this one little thing is first thing in the morning. We can set ourselves up for a good day. We can put our besxt foot forward.

We can keep our vibration high, and keep ourselves resilient against the stresses we may experience on a daily basis, or in the world around us.

We know that there are things we can do to keep ourselves well, and I have found that it’s movement, meditation, and motivation….maybe even a bit of music too!

My intention is to bring people together in a safe and supportive environment to share the experience of positive intention towards ourselves, to come home to our bodies, and give ourselves the best chance at having a good day.

These classes will be 30 minutes long and for all levels. You can join for as many as you like and pay whatever you can afford.
