Monday 9.30 – 10.30 am Mindful Yoga Matthews Hall, Fore Street, Topsham BOOK HERE

The perfect start to your week, this is a feelgood class, combining strength and flexibility, mindful movement and breathing techniques to bring about a state of total wellbeing. A particular focus is on fixing modern day postural problems, and bringing back the energy and mobility in the body. Beginners are welcome as this is a smaller class, with many levels offered, so you can “find what feels good!”.

Monday 6.45 – 8pm Yoga at The Castle  Powderham Castle State Dining Hall BOOK HERE 

A class for all levels, whether you are a seasoned yogi or complete beginner, our aim with these classes at the castle is to make yoga accessible for everyone.
We will either be in the Library of the main castle, a stunning, spacious room with estuary views, or in the south gardens to the left of the castle near the water.
Park and meet in the courtyard just before 6.45pm and you will be directed where to go.

Tuesday 6.30 – 7.30pm Slow Flow Yoga Ocean Physio, Woodbury Business Park, Exmouth Rd, Woodbury BOOK HERE

Slower-paced vinyasa flow class, but still strong, but with emphasis on breath and healing. For all levels, and in the lovely studio at Ocean Physio in Woodbury. All levels welcome, especially beginners, as this is a new class with plenty of space.

Wednesday 7.15 – 8.15am Wake Up and Flow Ocean Physio, Woodbury Business Park, Exmouth Rd, Woodbury, BOOK HERE

A more energising and dynamic yoga practise to set you up for the day, this class is still suitable for newcomers to yoga, but is perhaps more suited to those without injuries and with a very basic level of fitness.

If you’re an early riser and like to get your practise done first thing, this is the ideal time, before breakfast and before the working day starts

Wednesday 9.30 – 10.45am Flow Yoga at The Castle Powderham Castle State Dining Hall , Kenton BOOK HERE 

A mindful, meditative practise, centred around healing body and mind, this class has both the yin and yang elements, we build heat in the body through breath-synchronised body, and enjoy a longer yoga nidra at the end to cool and calm and prepare us for sleep.
 Set in the atmospheric dining room of Powderham castle, the mood will be set to “cosy” with candles and a roaring fire, and blankets at the ready.
Thursday 9.30 – 10.30am Gentle Healing Yoga, Ocean Physio, Woodbury Business Park, Exmouth Rd, Woodbury, BOOK HERE

A slow, relaxing, mindful class ideal for beginners or those with special conditions and limited mobility.

This is a quieter class in the beautiful studio at Ocean Physio in Woodbury, and a good option if you’re feeling a little frazzled or tired, as it will restore not drain your energy.

** This is a 4 week course, advance booking essential

Open class for those who have completed level 1 workshop or 1-1 session.
