We hurry so much, often up in own head the whole time, and all this creates is more stress in the body and mind.
By harnessing the power of natural energy, learning to slow down, and the Zen practise of grounding, we can reduce stress, inflammation, anxiety, and start to bring ourselves back into a state of balance and harmony.
Walking slowly and mindfully calms the nervous system, helps us enjoy the moment, and connect with our environment. In this session you will learning grounding techniques, why it is so important, breathwork and the art of mindfulness as you explore some of the quiet natural viewpoints of Lapad.
Leaving from the Rixos Libertas Hotel, we will walk and talk together on the way there, enjoy some gentle Qi Gong and Earthing at the top and then walk down in silence to experience the powerful effects of Zen mindfulness.
Led by Domagoj Hum of Smarts Sport Life, this is a gentle walk for most levels, where you have the option of Nordic Walking with poles and instruction provided.
