Learn how to stay healthy and happy even in the darkest of times, using the Danish Art of Hygge and the Science of Happiness.
Inspired by the work of Meik Wiking and his team at the Happiness Research Institute in Copenhagen, we will tap into the feel-good hormones in our bodies through movement, mindfulness and breath.
We will also look at coping strategies for challenging circumstances and times of stress, and how small changes to our daily routines can make a positive impact on our sense of wellbeing and connection with others.
Hygge is the secret to health and happiness in Denmark, and is regarded as the most powerful antidote to the winter blues.
The closest translation we have here is “the art of cosiness”, but it’s so much more. It is an attitude, a feeling, and a way of living that is accessible to us all.
This is a workshop for people of all levels of mobility to come and experience some powerful self-care tools, in a safe and supportive environment.
NB This workshop is live on ZOOM at 10.30am – 12.30pm UK time and costs £15 per person, which includes a recording to download and keep.To book your place pay by PayPal below or contact firstname.lastname@example.org
