Roll Away Your Pain and Stress
Saturday 26th November 2016 1 – 4pm
Cranford Sports Club

 

Whether it’s an ongoing back issue, pain in the next or shouders, or merely tight muscles, foam rolling can help bring your body back into a healthy, happy state.

Learn about how adhesions in the fascia may be causing pain and tension in the body, and how to use a foam roller and self- myofascial release techniques to heal the problem long term.

This is ideal for anyone who feels they are holding onto stress patterns, or suffering from any pain or tightness. Runners and cyclists definately need this. It is both a follow-on and a stand-alone workshop, so whether you attended the first Yoga for Back Care workshop or not, you will find it beneficial.

Cost of workshop £25 per person. You will need a foam roller of approximately 90cm in length. You can either bring your own or order one through me for £10.
