Wind Down For The Weekend

A slow, mindful movement practice to wind you down from the week, and put the body into a state of deep rest ready for a good night’s sleep.

This session is specifically designed to work on the parasympathetic nervous system, and vagal toning, to switch on the relaxation response, and help you switch off from any of the stress from the week.

All levels welcome. Bring blankets and cushions and let’s get super cosy!!!
