Have you noticed how animals make the best yogis???
That’s because they are in tune with their environment and there are always on the move.
They climb, they leap, they crawl, they stretch. and they play!!
Unleash your inner beast and come and get creative with your animal side.
This is a fun, playful movement sequence using lots of bodyweight movements and groundwork to challenge the body but in a way that you work with where you are.
We will still work on the same yogic principles of being led by the breath and maintaining a strong sense of self-awareness, with no ego or competition, and build up to a flow sequence where you can choose your intensity.
This is a practise to build on your physical, mental and emotional power, especially if you are in need of a bit of motivation. I will help you find your inner lion!!!

We will end with a Spirit Animal Guided Meditation, an experiential journey to help you relax and discover your wild side.
