PRIOR TO THE WEEKEND:
- You will receive by email everything you need to prepare for a relaxing and restoring weekend, including a shopping list, suggested props and how to set up your sacred space.
Giving you time to get back from work and get ready, we will join together as a group on Zoom and set some intentions for the weekend.
7.30 – 9pm CHILL OUT SESSION WITH YOGA NIDRA
A slow, mindful movement practise to wind you down from the week, and put the body into a state of deep rest ready for a good night’s sleep. This session is specifically designed to work on the parasympathetic nervous system, and vagal toning, to switch on the relaxation response, and help you swicth off from any of the stress from the week.
930pm BEDTIME DRINKS AND JOURNALLING
7AM RISE AND SHINE
Arrive in your PJs if you like, come to your mat, and I’ll take care of the rest!
We will be focusing on setting your vibrational frequency for the day, using movement, breath and even some music!
You will learn the Wim Hof method of breathing, as well as more ancient yogic breathing techniques, and we will finish with a meditation practise to set your day to magic!
After this, you’ll have the option of some cold water therapy to really boost the system!
745AM LIGHT BREAKFAST SHAKE
Try out one of my green light super smoothies, nutritionally balanced as well as tasty, just what your body needs at this time of day, but not too much to overload your digestion or make your movement sessions uncomfortable.
9 – 10AMWILD YOGA
Energising but still calming, using mindful, somatic and primal movements to help shift energy blockages, lomg-held stress patterns, and allow you to find new freedom of movement.
10- 11am NATURE WALK
11.30AM MINDFUL EATING INTRO
12PM LUNCH – Breaking Bread together, the main meal of the day
1 – 3pm SIESTA TIME ( or just rest and relaxation, journalling or creative free time)
3pm SEASONAL NOURISHMENT WORKSHOP with refreshments
430 – 6pm BREATHE, MOVE AND LET GO SESSION
A healing and nourishing session, with some mindful movement, qi gong and Yin Yoga to help you shed your old skin and layers of protection. We will create a safe and cosy environment, hold the space for you, and support you in lettimg go and letting the body work it’s magic!
630pm DINNER – A lighter option for our evening meal to ensure a good night’s sleep
AFTER DINNER – Music, connection, sharing, journalling, laughter, maybe a little singing and dancing!
715am RISE AND SHINE – breathe, move, and be still
8am FIND YOUR WILD primal movement session (outdoors if possible)
10am GUIDED SPIRIT ANIMAL MEDITATION
12pm REST AND DIGEST – group session
1.30pm NATURE WALK (self-guided)
3pm WORKSHOP – Working with the laws of nature and the 5 elements
5pm SOMA DANCE – moving from fear to freedom through movement
6pm REFLECTIONS AND REVELATIONS – group session

If you have a great space to use, for you and upto 5 friends (in one space) then get in touch, as we can work together to help you run your own retreat.
I’ll work with you to create the right environment, get ready for the retreat, and even price up for food and accommodation options if you want to offer the full package.
Then you invite people (I can help you market it), you host the space, I hold the sessions via Zoom and together we can create a safe, but magical retreat, ideal for these times.
