So we’re in lockdown…

Me too here in Croatia.

We have 21 days, which is actually the number of days it takes to create a new habit.

If there’s one habit that would be really useful right now it’s the habit of love.

Understandably there’s a lot of fear around at the moment, that fear is as damaging as the virus itself.But what is the antidote to fear?

Love.

Love in all it’s forms.

Compassion for self and compassion for others.I was thinking…. why not let’s use this time to “spread the love”?

To “be” love in a world that desperately needs it.

In this 21 days, we can create a better place to live in, by raising our vibrational frequency to that of “love”.

So how do we raise our vibrational frequency?

Movement, music, joy.

We put it into every day.

We make it a ritual.

We take away the “decision-fatigue” of what to do each day, and we take some time to set ourselves up for good days. We use this time to change ourselves and have a positive effect on the world around us.

21 days.

21 movement sequences.

21 pieces of music.

21 paths to joy.

Let’s do this.
