When we have been through a difficult time, it can takes it’s toll, and getting our strength and power back can feel like an uphill struggle.
Yet where flowers bloom, there is hope.
Join me on this experiential and educational journey to explore and awaken the powerful energy centres in the body, ready to embrace the summer season!
Combining powerful techniques from mindful yoga, meditation, somatic movement, kundalini kriyas, pranayam, and the very latest in neuroperception, this workshop is designed to help you unlock your potential and come into full bloom!
You will learn:
- The ancient wisdom of the chakras and how we can use our understanding of them to improve our state of wellbeing
- How to tune into the body’s whispers to release any energy blockages, and address any imbalances
- How to fine tune your body and mind to help you feel more aligned with your true self, and confident in expressing this out into the wider world.
This is a workshop for all levels, not matter what age, shape, size, or level of experience. Complete beginners to experienced yogis and teachers are all welcome.
