Natural Resilience Course

A 4 week online course to help you stay strong, healthy and happy in tough times.

Inspired by the work of Wim Hof, this experiential learning course breaks down the science to help you understand how, with just a few simple daily protocols, you can make significant changes to all aspects of your health and wellbeing.

You will learn:

  • How we have conscious control over our Autonomic Nervous System, therefore many of the other functions of the body
  • How to create a feeling of safety and calm to reduce anxiety and unlock the body’s natural healing mechanism
  • How to step outside your comfort zone and use positive stressors to make you more resilient
  • What it means to be “sovereign” and why it is the key to living your best life
  • Daily protocols to put your mind and body into the best state possible

With practical exercises such as grounding, journalling, breathwork, hormesis, light work, and movement, integrated into your everyday life, in just 30 minutes a day you can extend your life, get more energy, reverse many health conditions, and feel better in your self.

Each week there will be a one hour online seminar, to introduce you to the concepts in a simple way, but more importantly, give you the practical tools you need to implement them into your life.

I will be your guide, your coach, your mentor, but ultimately, you do the work and you are in charge of your own body.

It is not a magic pill, but I will help you by inspiring and engaging you, with supporting materials and simple strategies to help you make it manageable and stay on track.

The cost of the course is £32 for the 4 weeks, but if you would like to include upto 6 movement classes a week to help with the process, you can get an unlimited monthly pass for just £40.
