Summer has officially arrived, so that can only mean one thing, time to get wild!
If you’ve been to class recently you will know how I am constantly extolling the virtues of being outside, of being barefoot in the grass, and how the closer we are to nature, the healthier we are.
With this in mind, I have made a few amendments to the schedule to ensure that we can get outside as much as possible.
This new schedule starts this Friday 30th June 2017 and here’s how it looks:
Mondays 930-1030am Mindful Yoga Matthews Hall, Topsham (upstairs in the chamber room)
Mondays 645-8pm Flow Yoga at the Castle, Powderham Castle (meet in the courtyard and look for chalkboard sign for location as in good weather we will be in the gardens)
Tuesdays 630-730pm Slow Flow Yoga, Ocean Physio, Woodbury
Wednesdays 7.15-8.15am Wake Up and Flow, Ocean Physio, Woodbury
Wednesdays 9.30-10.30am Chi Yoga (yoga or tai chi alternating weeks), Powderham Castle (meet in the courtyard). This is a Karma class, so voluntary donation basis only.
Thursdays 9.30-10.30am Gentle, Healing Yoga, Ocean Physio, Woodbury
Fridays 7.15-8.15am Wake Up and Flow, Ocean Physio, Woodbury (starts Friday 7th July 2017)
Fridays 10.45-11.45am Wild yoga at The Barn, Newcourt Barton Farm, Clyst Road, nr Topsham (meet in the car park outside The Barn Fitness Hub)
