Namaste, me again!
I have just confirmed the second Natural Stress Release workshop which I will be running at Highfield Farm on Saturday 30th January 2016 10.30AM – 2PM.
I may have told some of you about a new technique I have been learning, and have been attending classes with Jo Hamilton, a fellow yoga teacher and TRE teacher. I am delighted to day that Jo has agreed to come as a guest teacher with me on this date, and together we will run a workshop on Natural Stress Release, ideal for this time of year. This will include yoga, pranayama, meditation and TRE.
TRE stands for Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises. They help individuals release stress or tension as a result of difficult life circumstances, immediate or prolonged stressful situations, or traumatic life experiences. TRE consists of six simple exercises that help individuals release tension from the muscles, which in turn relaxes the anxiety of our minds, by evoking a muscular shaking process in the body.
Personally, I have been bowled over by this powerful process and found it not just fascinating in terms of the science aspect, but experientially, it has taken me to a new level. I thought that so many of you will benefit from this, I wanted to bring Jo to you so you can experience for yourself.

I will also be leading a yoga session specifically designed for stress relief and psoas release, so the whole day will be geared about natural ways to feel good.
I am limiting the workshop to 12 people at Highfield Farm. The whole workshop is just £25 and full payment is required upon booking, so please let me know as soon as you can if you would like to be included.
