Due to popular demand, we are putting on a six week series of “group sessions” held up at Highfield Farm in Topsham to help those who are looking for a healthy way to lose weight and keep it off.
No fad diets, no shaming weigh-ins, no fake magic-pill products that you need to buy into – just sensible advice, support and education in a compassionate and non-judgemental environment.
As this group doesn’t start until July, I am going to offer one-to-one coaching sessions at a hugely reduced cost of just £15 an hour for those that would like to get started straightaway. NB I will be away from June 14th until July 1st, although available for email support.

An educational and practical series of 6 workshops to dispel some of the myths surrounding diet and nutrition, and also show you how to achieve sustainable weight loss without dieting and whilst still enjoying your food and your life).
Following our initial workshop in May, it became apparent that ongoing support and education in the form of group sessions would be of value.
We will meet every Monday evening in the Court Barn, and tackle one subject at a time, using techniques to embed new habits, and with some practical tips for creating lifestyle and diet changes.
The group will be led by Gillie, but she will joined by other experts such as Nutritional Therapists and others from time to time, for more specialist knowledge.
The goal will not be for short, quick-fixes which don’t last, not following strict diets, but finding ways to bring your body back into balance using latest research in diet and holistic health.
We will also be there to answer personal questions, discuss ongoing challenges, and provide support for those people looking to lose weight for good. The course will also include some exercise tips.
Gillie Sutherland is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher here in Topsham, but she is also a experienced Motivational Trainer and Coach, who has helped thousands of people achieve a healthy and happy body with her holistic approach. She teaches both here in Devon and in Granada, Spain.
This is initially a 6 week course, however, it will continue as a permanent group should the participants want this. The subjects are:

* FAT IS BACK AND THE CARB CONUNDRUM
* INTUITIVE EATING – THE KEY TO MASTERING AND MAINTAINING A HEALTHY, HAPPY BODY WEIGHT
