Due to demand, I am adding in two new classes to my weekly schedule. These will start Monday 20th April at The Estuary Clinic and will run initially for 4 weeks.
Both will be Yogalates, an enjoyable fusion of yoga and Pilates. I focus on building a balance of strength and flexibility to build long, lean muscles, and also on modern day postural problems. We do plenty of work on the core, and this is especially beneficial for those who suffer from mild to moderate back pain.
All levels are welcome, as I can give different options depending on your capability, so don’t worry if you think there may be things you can’t manage.
I am really lucky to have lovely people coming along to classes, and we usually have a bit of a giggle, and a chat about food, or anything else that springs to mind.

Thursdays all day Aerial Yoga private sessions
Fridays 9.30am Yogalates
I also run specialist workshops for health and wellbeing, incorporating yoga, meditation, mindfulness, stress management, dance, food and fun. Every one is different!
