Whether you have some time off work, or just need some “time out” from the Easter madness, why not give yourself the treat of a yoga class to help you keep the spring in your step?
I am running classes, one-to-ones, and a 3 hour workshop over the next two weeks, so there are plenty of options for coming along.
No matter what level you are at, I will make sure you are safe and given individual attention, and if you are a beginner, it is the ideal time to comr along as classes are quieter over the Easter period.
I have the following classes happening:
Wednesday 1st April 9.30-10.30am Yogalates
An enjoyable blend of yoga and pilates, balancing stretching and strengthening for a strong core, and long, lean muscles.
This class is ideal for beginners to either discipline, although other levels are also catered for.
Wednesday 1st April 6.30-10.30am Hatha Yoga
A classic yoga class, always with a seasonal theme, to balance the body and the mind.
This is for all levels, but beginners and those with any injuries or limited mobility will find it one of the most beneficial of the classes.
Good Friday 9.30-10.30am Yogalates
As per Wednesdays, yet a little stronger and more challenging with an emphasis on core work and building good posture.
This is for all levels, but will mostly suit those who have tried yoga or pilates before.
Easter Saturday 10.30am-1.30pm Pure Flow Yoga workshop 2 SPACES LEFT
I am holding a cleasing and detoxifying session up at Highfield Farm, on the Clyst Road.
We will be doing a vinyasa flow session, with lots of dynamic movement and twists for the first half, then enjoying a detox juice. The second half will be restorative and relaxing, with breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness to soothe the soul.
All other classes will be held at The Estuary Clinic in Topsham. Classes cost £8, and the workshop is £20.
I also conduct private sessions in my home for those that require individual attention, or to try out aerial yoga (in a hammock). This is especially good for those with back problems, or with a sense of adventure that want to try something new.
